2. The service

You buy a fixed number of testing hours. We use that time to test the agreed product, flows, devices, and priorities. You receive a report with tested coverage, prioritized findings, reproduction steps, and evidence where useful.

Testing reduces risk but cannot prove that a product has no defects. We do not guarantee that every issue will be found. Development work, automated tests, security audits, and fixes are not included unless agreed separately in writing.

3. Orders and payment

Before payment, you choose the number of testing hours, select a currency, and submit a testing brief. The price and currency are shown before you pay. Stripe processes the payment. There is no recurring subscription.

Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may decline and refund an order if the request is unlawful, unsafe, outside our service scope, or cannot reasonably be completed with the access or time provided.

4. Scheduling and delivery

We show the next available start before payment and confirm the exact start time after booking. Delivery timing depends on the testing hours, scope, access, and response time for questions. We will tell you if missing access or information affects the schedule.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide accurate instructions and the access needed for the agreed testing;
  • have authority to let us access and test the product;
  • use tester invitations or one-time secret links instead of sending passwords in the brief or by email;
  • keep suitable backups and tell us about destructive or sensitive actions before testing starts; and
  • avoid providing unnecessary personal, confidential, or live customer data.

6. Cancellations and withdrawal

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If testing has not started, we will refund the order. Once testing starts, business and professional orders are not refundable for a change of mind. If we cannot deliver the agreed service, we will refund the part we cannot deliver. Mandatory rights still apply.

If you are an EU consumer, you normally have 14 days from the contract date to withdraw. If you expressly ask us to begin during that period and then withdraw, you must pay for the service supplied before withdrawal. The withdrawal right ends once the service has been fully performed with your prior agreement and acknowledgement.

To cancel or withdraw, email fullhouseqa@gmail.com with your order reference and a clear statement that you want to cancel. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

7. Confidentiality and access

We will use non-public product information only to deliver the service and will take reasonable steps to keep it confidential. Do not send account passwords. Revoke tester access when the work is complete.

8. Intellectual property

You keep all rights to your product and materials. Once the order is paid, you may use the delivered report for your business. FullHouseQA keeps its pre-existing methods, templates, tools, and general know-how.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for direct loss connected with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost revenue, or lost data where the law allows those exclusions.

10. Complaints

Email fullhouseqa@gmail.com with your order reference and a clear description of the problem. We will acknowledge the complaint and respond within 14 days.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future orders. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order unless a change is required by law or we agree otherwise with you.

12. Governing law

Polish law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections or court rights available under the law of your country. We will first try to resolve disputes directly and fairly.
