1. Before testing starts

You can cancel for a full refund any time before we begin testing. We will also provide a full refund if we decline the order or cannot deliver the agreed service.

2. After testing starts

Once testing starts, business and professional orders are not refundable because you change your mind, change priorities, or no longer need the work. Your remaining testing time stays available for the agreed order and can be rescheduled.

If we cannot deliver part of the agreed service, we will refund the undelivered part. This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights described below.

3. Blocked or missing access

Testing time does not run while we are waiting for working access or essential information. We will ask you to resolve the blocker or reschedule the session. You may cancel for a full refund if testing has not started. A later access blocker does not consume testing time; the remaining time can be rescheduled.

4. Completed work

Finding no defects is not, by itself, a reason for a refund. The service pays for time spent testing and reporting, not a guaranteed number of findings.

If the delivered service materially differs from the agreed scope, contact us. Our first remedy is to correct or repeat the affected work. We provide a partial or full refund when we cannot correct the service or when required by law. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

5. EU consumer withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you normally have 14 days from the contract date to withdraw without giving a reason. We will refund payments covered by a valid withdrawal within 14 days after receiving your request.

If you expressly ask us to start during that period and later withdraw, you must pay the proportionate price for work already supplied. Once the service is fully performed with your prior agreement and acknowledgement, the withdrawal right ends.

6. How to request a refund

Email fullhouseqa@gmail.com with your order reference and a clear statement that you want to cancel or request a refund. You do not need to use a specific form.

We may ask for information needed to locate the payment or understand a service complaint. We will confirm the outcome by email.

7. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent through Stripe to the original payment method and in the original transaction currency. Your bank or card provider controls when the credit appears and may apply its own currency conversion.

FullHouseQA does not charge a refund fee. We cannot send a card refund to a different card, bank account, or person.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy for future orders. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order unless a change is required by law or we agree otherwise with you.
